Window Roof Rail Weatherstip

My weatherstrip that the window seals against is splitting at the top corner. Has anyone ever repaired the seal in this area? I think that is where I have air leaking in at.
I'm sure that this weatherstipping is priced outrageous from GM if in fact its even available.
What can I do? Thanks

Somebody fixed one on the GN I bought, looks horrible but works.

If it is just a split I would try the weatherstrip yellow glue and hold the split until the glue dries.

If you need to fix irregularities in the surface you may need an RTV based gasket maker such as the Right Stuff and smooth it onto the surface.

Won't be easy or fun, but it will be cheap.
