Window washer

I can't get my window squirter to work. I pulled the line after the pump to see if I got anything coming out, nothing. I pulled the line before the pump and cleaner that out, there was nothing in it though. Do I need to replace it or is there some way that I can test to see if it is working. I can't tell if it is humming, because the wiper motor works at the same time the squirter should.

apply 12v to the motor,

you can get a spare at a junkyard for a few bucks if its bad

Is the wiper motor and washer motor all one unit, or do they come apart?

The washer pump slides out of the bottom of the wiper motor.
