Yeh, I think too much about little things. Is it okay to route the injector wires under the intake & through the gaps in the runners? I ask because there’s a section protective wrap by the harness connector but not all the way to the wires going to the injectors. Would heat be a problem? I think I need a hobby.

I used to build custom harnesses that way, when someone wanted a "stealth" harness. Ran the alternator output under the runners as well along with every sensor. Even built injector connections that would run under it. Then, at the firewall under the ignition module, I'd install bulkhead disconnects so you could pull the engine or intake without removing the wiring. Labor intensive, so I don't do those any longer. Having access to unlimited wire and connectors helped an awful lot though.
