With Ck rebuild kit, what psi should I have in manual 2nd should I have?

Just started up my first rebuild with Ck rebuild kit. What psi should I have in manual 2nd and lo without tv cable hooked up? I'm getting about 210 at idle.

that is ok .what about when you pull it all the way out?

Thanks Chris, I got 240 psi in Park at 900 rpm with it pulled out all the way. 85 psi with it hooked to throttle and at the idle position.
