WIX Fuel filter

Anyone here running a WIX fuel filter Pn 44381?
Have a problem getting mine to seal on the outlet side.

I had to try two different filter to get one that didn't leak. Parts guy said that they (the parts store) had a run off bad ones or something, I went through that over the winter/early spring though.
