work needed

i just moved from florida to western maryland and i'm real close to winchester,va.my gn needs some help,i'm looking for someone to do a roller cam conversion,vacuum brakes,and tuning possibly a turbo change and i want to get alky installed,then i am looking for someone to do a nice paint job on it,no rust at all and very few small dings,i have some cash to burn,i was thinking anderson performance for the mechanical work.if anyone knows of good paint shops and mechanical shops let me know,i'm ready to get this thing going again,email me at bad87gn@yahoo.com thanks
