is 45 psi w/ 5 w 50 castrol syntec @ wot too low or you think the oil is breaking down, this is when the engine is hot 190

Can't answer your question exactly but I feel more comfortable with 70 psi at WOT with 10W40 conventional oil at 170*.

That pressure is good if you still have the stock relief spring in the oil pump. Mark
