Would a TA49 make a difference in my setup ?

I need to know if you think upgrading the stock turbo to a TA49 would make a difference based on the mods below. I want it to look stock, that is why I am considering the TA49

I am currently using a TT Alky chip. (not sure what boost my chip is programmed for) I have tried the Torco octane booster along with Razors kit. I was able to turn the Alky dial down from 6 to 2 with the Torco and no knock. Will be turning up the Alky and trying to raise the boost from the current 21psi

Here are the mods
RJC powerplate
100 lb springs
30 lb injectors
160 thermostat
Test pipe with electric cutout
Walpro and hotwire kit
Alky running 21 lbs of boost no knock
K&N cone open filter
Scanmaster
recent tranny rebuilt with a new 10.5 inch torque converter that says it has a stall of 2800 to 3200

At 21 PSI.. probably not. Also.. dont turn the alky knob down... tune your car's air fuel by making chip changes in injector duty cycle.
