Just to clarify....Im looking for something freshly built, or recently built with very low miles. Not a rebuildable core or a high mileage engine that "ran good when I pulled it".

I will also consider long blocks or complete engines as well.

Your friend has a real nice shortblock for sale, but Im not building a TSM car and prefer not to spend $3500 right now but like I told him, I will keep it in mind if I dont find anything else.
