WTB Dashboard pad

I need the top of the dash where the speakers are located. I beleive this is the "pad". This is for a 86 GN.

I need the top of the dash where the speakers are located. I beleive this is the "pad". This is for a 86 GN.

Is the piece plastic and covers the speakers and defroster?
If it is I have one the screw holes are broken out, with larger washers it would be fine. Speaker grills are not broke like alot of these. It's red so it may have to be dyed $50 + shipping. New ones are from GM are $100+ last time I checked.
