Here ya go:

start with this: (#1)
http://www.gbodyparts.com/product_info.php?products_id=532&osCsid=86ce1f11bf978bfb7175805941ad072c

then attach this piece & screw a gauge (or 1/8" npt male item) directly into it:
http://www.gbodyparts.com/product_info.php?products_id=547&osCsid=86ce1f11bf978bfb7175805941ad072c

just FYI, -4AN fittings attach to the 1st piece above equally as well!
(in case you're using multiple items like pressure gauges & transducers, etc.)

another option:
http://www.kirbanperformance.com/product/111/EFI+FUEL+PRESSURE+MECHANICAL+GAUGE+KIT+#6629.html

or use this route for multiple devices/sending units:

~ start with #1 above ( http://www.gbodyparts.com/product_info.php?products_id=532&osCsid=86ce1f11bf978bfb7175805941ad072c )

~ get a 4AN 'Tee' & connect to either side of (#1) above ( http://www.jegs.com/i/Earl's/361/926104/10002/-1 )

~ add 2 of these {4an female coupler} to the above Tee ( http://www.jegs.com/i/JEGS+Performance+Products/555/100321/10002/-1 )

~ get 2 of these {4an male to 1/8" npt male} & attach to above coupler ( http://www.jegs.com/i/Aeroquip/023/FCM2721/10002/-1 )

~ then attach your 2 units

there is NO easier way to attach multiple pressure units, I spent hours looking for a simpler method & there really isn't one!

of course, they say you shouldn't place sending units or transducers directly on the engine because of vibration (they may shake loose!), so you could always use a -4AN braided hose & mount remotely, thats what I did!

(#1 above, with the kirban gauge unit attached on top side, & then a 4an 90* fitting with hose on the front, other end: 4an straight on hose end, to: a Tee, then the straight 4an couplers, 4an to 1/8" adapters, then finally the units).

Kind of a large setup, but whatya gonna do when you need a fuel pressure gauge on the rail, a transducer plus a sending unit! whatever, but everything works! :)

thanks you very much for the info.
i already have the the T fitting on my fuel rail
and on the bull side of the " T " i have a transducer.
i want to do what you have on the first picture but instead of a hose my gauge.
thanks for the links.

for multiple sensors/senders
from the hose use a -4an x 1/8 npt male fitting.... like $3 for that (razor uses them for the alky hookup to the nozzle elbow)
then 1/8"npt tee and you'd have been done for under 10$

if you need to only run one sensor simple is the aeroquip -4AN x 1/8 npt female fitting you posted

that contraption you have there is just crazy
