Thinking about picking up a GN or T-Type instead of another Mustang if the price is right. Below $10k & I don't mean $9k

Looking for something within approximately 300 miles of the Philly, PA area.
If I can't drive it home I do not want it.
Needs to be street legal or close to it
Working heat, ac, power steering...

I'd even love to have a 83-87 Cutlass w/GN powerplant in it.
