WTB: Innovative Pro-Gate or just the Diaphram assembly

I currently have 2 Innovative 42mm Pro-Gates, one has a tear in the diaphram, Just found out that Innovative Turbo is out of business (Really sucks!!) so I can't get them to fix it or buy parts direct. Does anyone have just the internal diaphram assembly for one laying around in their shop or possibly a Pro-Gate that is in rough shape that I could buy for the diaphram assembly piece? Maybe a complete used one for a good price? If anyone knows of a person or a shop that could fix my wastegate, that would be better yet.
