WTB pull straps for '87 GN doors

I thought I was getting some with my nearly complete interior I purchased from someone on this board..... but evidentally they "don't come with it" ??????

"A door panel is just the upper and lower..... no arm rest or pull strap or covers"

Anyway.... I have a GN with no pull straps.....

Oh.... they sent the arm rests.... accidentally I suppose.....

I see my pull straps (that I feel should have come with my interior..... or at least told that they didn't come with it....) on eBay.....

Mike new UPPER door panels bare are $265.You opted not to buy.
Door escutheons are $50 each
Used pull straps $30 a set, new $60 AS SEEN ON E-BAY
The arm rests were not a mistake the complete (USED) LOWER door panels come with it. Your lower cs2 covers shipped out today BTW.
If you want pull straps on e-bay simply bid. I gave you a price on the uppers of $265 new but not complete.
If you find a manufacturer that will sell me new upper door panels complete I will happily carry them.
I'm really shocked at you being a re-peat customer & being so dissatisfied.
Some times it makes me wonder why I go thru the effort of stocking a variety of new & used parts.
If you would of bought new LOWER door panels the price would of been higher.
They would not of had carpet because the manufacturer does not offer that.
I could of gotten you new arm rests at $74 a set. They only come in black to have them dyed add another $20
I also have new lower discontinued carpet for the lower door panels I could of offered you also.
You explained to me that you are installing a cage & didn't want to destroy your originals. That is why I did not offer you too much in the new items.
I'm sorry you are so pissed that I can not get new complete upper door panels.

I had a call today about the cost of an ABS headliner you can install even with a cage $160 & shipping.It is not $160 shipped.

Whoaaaaaaa..... mistaken identity........ I didn't get my door panels from you Bweavy...... and I am not Mike........I am Brian...... from MS..... so don't get too pissed at me.....

I just need some pull straps and escutheons.....

Let me reiterate.... I didn't get my stuff from GBody parts.....so I am not saying anything bad about GBody parts.......

...... just a little miffed that I purchased almost a complete interior from a person on this board.... and this person knew I was re-doing a theft recovery car... and I needed everything...... I had nothing to start with....and priced all that I specifically asked for.... and shipped it to me. I bought (from them) CS door panels and the mating uppers, front and rear GN seats, console, shifter handle, all the seat belts, carpet set.... etc. I second guessed about buying the uppers (excuse my ignorance.... but I didn't know the difference between '86 and '87 uppers)... cause he said they were from an '86 (I have an '87)...... He then re-assured me that the only difference is that the pull straps were black... where mine were originally gray.... and I replied... that would be fine.....at some point waaaaaayyyyy down the road.... when I run across a set... I might replace the black ones.....

.....so at this point.... I thought I was getting some.....albeit black ones.... I didn't really care...... as I didn't have squat.... anyway.....

I'll get off my soapbox.....

Now.......

Anybody find any to sell me reasonable?

Update.....

The vendor I purchased the interior from contacted me and offered to send me some black pull straps. He has since sent me the straps and all is well. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with this vendor again. It is nice to see people who want to please their customers. This customer satisfaction usually will lead into a repeat customer.... and advertisement through "word-of-mouth".

I also (through this wanted ad) found someone with a set of correct color (for an 87 GN) pull straps and I have purchased them. I'll have to see when I get them if they are what I am looking for or I will just stick to the black ones. They look good on my door panels.
