Design your own headers using:

If you don't want to weld them yourself, send your snap-together model of each side to these guys and they will weld you a set:

Thanks. That could work out. I had thought about buying the flanges and modifying some ATR stock headers, but I’m not that skilled in fabrication.

Stainless headers, give them a call, they can send you mock-up pieces so you can design something that works, lock it in place and send the mock-ups to them and they will build the headers. I have had this done for my downpipes a few years ago and it worked out great. They were very reasonable in price as well. The pass. side of the ATRs is a complete POS, driver's side is ok but the flanges are waay too thin. SPD has the flanges you need.

If your thinking about building a set these might be a start. Cut the piping off and use the flanges.
I could cut off excess pipe to help on freight.

Thank you for the offer. I’ve been working on the plan, and Im still tossed on single or twin turbo. I do plan to drive this car a lot, and quick spool with smaller turbos is seeming more correct for the street. I’ve emailed a couple of places that make SII headers, so will wait for a response.

One other option, I was watching the most recent Bowling Green Buick event today and it looked like Don Cruz had some S2 headers on his table, might want to give him a call and see what he has.

Thanks for the heads up. Found Don’s number and spoke to him. Because this is going to be a street driven car, I’m going to go with the ported M&A heads I have. I’ve been considering the advice I’ve been given on this board. Don mentioned he has a similar setup to what I’m building, so he’s familiar with what I’m doing.
