Im back in the market for a TA ONLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! stock appearing turbo. Lookin for TA-61's or higher. I DO NOT WANT ANY NON STOCK APPEARING TURBOS! PLEASE DONT EVEN ASK ME TO CONSIDER IT!!!!!!!
The TA61 I bought just had too much wrong with it overall, and I can't use it. The guy **** ed me. Too many helicoils, the cover was polished (not stock) and now I find out the impeller has a small crack starting in one of it's blades. I will not run this turbo on my new engine. I know that limit and garret and precision try to make a retirement on a simple ass rebuild, and I will NOT pay some dude 600 dollars for a REBUILD, when a brand new turbo costs that much.
Looking for a TA61 or higher, preferably a stealth 66. I want
NO HELICOILS! NO POLISHED HOUSINGS! I want the ORIGINAL garret housing, that is STAMPED with it's information, NOT EMBOSSED. And will you take the housings off, and DOUBLE CHECK the wheels for me? Thank you.
