WTB TE-44 Turbo

Looking for another TE-44 to replace the one that I have which has a blown oil seal. What I need is one that is fairly new with no shaft play, no smoke, one which the seller is willing to offer a warranty on the shaft play and the oil seal for at least 3 months stating that the turbo will last at least that long, something in between the 400 and 500 price range and one that I can if possibly pay via paypal. I don't need anymore junk which is the reason for the conditions.
