WTB turbo shield bolt 1 piece washers

I'm looking for those washers you see people have every now & then, that go under the bolts on the turbo shields. They're one piece for both bolts. You usually see them in what looks like chrome. Anyone have a source on those? Like these, in post 303 of this thread:

That looks like something you'll have to make yourself. Places like Home depot or Tractor Supply usually has short over priced sticks of aluminum you could start with.

I've built a few of those to fortify my hold down loops on my jetboat. It's really not that big of a job.
