Now, let's see:

$16 extra per night times, let say, 5 nights = $90.

And a FMIC for our cars costs going on $1,000.

I guess I wouldn't lose any sleep over that one.

Never been to the Nats but whenever I've been to Bowling Green for the Tenn Tuck races they do there, I *think* a spot in the campground was included with a weekend driver/crew pass.

I really like it there. Campground has water/electric/sewer hookups for the motorhome, nice level parking spots (unlike the pits :D), nice track, cool scenery (even a Michigan boy can appreciate cows and waterslides at a RACE TRACK  ) and it is run by nice people. Everyone there was friendly and helpful - I hope everyone's experiences at BG have been as good as mine.

Except I hope YOU were actually able to get a win light at least once! Racing among the likes of Scotty Richardson, etc. is a tough environment.

Supply and Demand

I used to race the NMCA events and still do a Pontiac event. The rates were always higher where ever the event was located. It does not seem fair but this is the case anywhere there is a big event. You should see the dump, we had at Cruisin the Coast at 95.00 at night. It is a lot worst there.
I also think most places jack the rates on weekends in the summer.
I look forward to seeing everyone in BG.
I will be at the Travel Lodge, Chuck be there with all your wit & wisdom.
