WTT Dakota R/T for solid roof GN ?...

I'm posting this for my son...He'd like to trade his super clean 2002 Dodge Dakota R/T for a nice solid roof GN (no t-tops please)...His truck has never been driven during the winter, never accidented, no rust whatsoever and everything including a/c works properly. It has a few modifications done to it (tinted windows, K&N cold air kit, reprogrammed ecm, line lock, Holley intake manifold and throttle body, 160° thermostat, Spintech headers and free flow exhaust system with s.s tips, rear axle gears were changed, Hotchkiss suspension and QA1 shocks all around, full carpeted bed, custom AAR fiberglass hood, Stillen front bumper cover and rear rolled pan, etc...). Also most of the stock parts come with the truck. The truck ran a best of 13.75 a few weeks ago.
