I'm GNashty 6 (Original huh?)

I plan on getting my ass kicked often and frequently on XBL this weekend which starts tonight for me (Friday off).

Post your name here if you want me as a friend, if nothing else, we can talk cars as you witness my brilliance against kids 1/3 my age. Feel free to add me to your friends list.

Awesome game, that Halo 2. I only wish I was better but I got on a team of TDM and they were really good. We were like a roving street gang.

Get on there tonight !!!! It's getting cold out and the car work can wait. I've got a car partially dissambled for paint that I expect to sit there for a while as I play like a kid.

I have an X-box, but I'm so dumb when it comes to them, I have no idea how X-box live even works, lol. Have 5 games that I play now and then, but that's about it. Never have to time to sit down for a while with it *sigh*

You need DSL, cable modem or some high speed internet source. Buy the LIVE kit at Best Buy or someplace similiar.

You can either plug the ethernet cable directly into the X-box or through a router (this is what I use).

Stick the setup disc in and run through that. It takes maybe 10 minutes to get it up and going. Watch the demo disc for some good advice on how to get going.

Then you just stick in a game that is LIVE enabled. X Box Live is just another option. Like solo, campaign... Choose that and you can configure what type of game you want to play.

With Halo, it's like playing in a room full of friends (except you get the full screen, not a half or quarter of it). There are really, really good players out there and some that really suck.

You get 2 months free with Halo 2. After that it's like $5 / month.

Fun stuff.

Sorry I asked, you appear to be much better than me.

Sent you a request so you could beat me up. I suck but love playing a good ole' fashioned game of rocket ball with 8 people or so on a tiny map.

Roger
