XFI and XIM Possible interference Question

After reading about how some people have issues with interference/noise if their MSD box is too close to their XFI, i was wondering if the same COULD apply to the XIM. All the photos i have seen show people mounting them close to the XFI.

Since both are ingintion boxes, could they act in similar ways to potentiall cause interference?
