Xfi fuel pump question

Lets say you are full throttle and all of a suden your fuel pump craps out what does the xfi do to help save the motor? Does it have any fail safe features in it ?

If your pump craps out the car dies.

Now if it's slowly dieing and not keeping up pressure you have the fuel pressure correction you can turn on for one

i believe there's also a minimum fuel pressure cutoff that you can set in either the operational or ignition parameters. i know for sure there's one for oil
you'd have to be logging fuel pressure to get it to work
