XR3 roller cam users....

Anybody running one of the full throttle 215/220 XR3 roller cams? What's the RPM band? I'm guessing it's strong from ~5000 to ~6000 RPM.

I've got one on the way to go with my new combo
109 block 3.840 bore 3.4 stroke
steel crank / K1 rods
Champion GN1's
Champion off center intake

I read here that the more in duration the higher up in the RPM band you need be. Is that a concern? I see folks on here doing well with smaller cams.

I run this cam. To be honest, my car starts pulling at about 35till I let off at 7000!!! Very happy with it!!,Dave

My other engine with ported irons has a 210/210 comp roller. Pulls strong to nearly 6000. I wanted something a little hotter to go with the new setup.

Wow! I was thinking the cam might run out of steam around 62-6300
