My buddy is building a 69 Mustang Pro Touring monster. This car will be world class all the way. Ford just came out with a new racing block and he's using Kaasie cylinder heads, fast fuel injection etc. It's going to be almost 600 cubic inches and make over 800 hp on pump gas only. Might even hit 900 hp???

Him and Mark Coleman from my town fabricated almost everything. It's pretty slick.

I had to take a picture of the intake ports on these heads. Looks like 4 toilets. I've never seen a cylinder head that big before.

Here are some other pics of what they're doing

The wheels in the above picture are for mock up only.

This was the last car he built. I think it sold at Mecum or one of those auctions for $124,000 and went over seas. It was a Boss clone with a 557 CI motor with Kaase heads. This new car is much better.

interested to see what the rocker arm looks like for that exhaust valve. lol it's like 5" away!

Yes Sir! I can not post what the estimated cost might be in case his wife might happen across this thread. I can say that there will not be another one like it in the world period.

The car goes to paint in a couple weeks then back to Steve for wiring and start up. Then off to the interior guy which takes a 6 month or so waiting list to get in. The dash, door panels etc will be hand made.

You will see this car in many magazines in the near future. I think he is on his 3rd or 4th year of this build.

I believe these are the heads. Note the price for the castings only and we squint at $1800 for complete heads. The price is for one head only.:eek::eek:

I'm going from memory but I think it's $10,000 to get the heads ready to bolt on.

I think this is the block?

Anyone ever see this video? This is Steve's engine for the black Mustang in the above photo. The dyno shop's dyno would not accept Steve's SFI flywheel so they grabbed one of theirs and bolted it on his motor. This was the Kaase 557.

Nice Stang !
Seeing this makes you realize what a good deal the Blueprint Crate Motors are .http://www.jegs.com/p/Blueprint-Eng...evy-632ci-815HP-800TQ-Engine/1321871/10002/-1

Dominator carb to oil pan, assembled, run and dyno'd ready to go .With a 2 1/2 yr 50,000 mile waranty (Amazing on a 800 hp motor).
I've been thinking about getting one of these for a while.
This thread is making me want to start looking for a camaro or nova again and 632'ing it.

I remember years ago seelng a picture of some cast iron ford heads and they had a tennis ball in the intake. Thats a lot o money there...

Steve has always had a nice Mustang. This will be his third in the last 15 years. This car will be SEMA quality. We used to drag race each other back in the day. We started running in the high 13's and ended in the 10's. That was an expensive little competition we had back in the day but it was fun. He won't be racing this car though but will have enough motor to run 9's if he did and that's all motor on pump gas.

I think his plan is to keep this car long term and go to shows with it etc. It's pretty cool some of the fabrication that went in to this car. A lot of it you will never see and if you're not a mustang guy you probably won't notice a lot of the small changes he made to it.

The true mustang guys that know what they're looking at will need an hour just to take it all in. It impressive.
