How much are turbo t wheels going for?

I am about to do a mild cam swap the edelbrock 5487 and the 100# springs. Car is a 44k mile stock right now. going to get the usual parts for fun and since I want to do a timing chain going to o the cam while there. my question is what other parts would someone recommend replacing while doing...

I would like to buy a 3" downpipe that works with the stock waste gate, or if you have the other with the external gate. let me know looking to buy asap.

bout to do the same in my stang (93 cobra) and i am so ready trying to locate the drivetrain right now. on the engine placement is level where you want the engine to sit or is there so many degrees it needs to be forward or back to set the pinion angle or am i totaly off base?
