Better be careful getting crazy out on wet roads Scott hate to see a post where you wrapped that 45a around a telephone pole... I have the same turbo an yes it comes on strong as I have the same problems on dry pavement.. The most I have had it @ is 23 lbs an it went a 11:00 @ 124 with a lazy 1.85 60 ft.. An this turbo isn't even getting cranked up till 26-28 lbs..

Track time!!!!!!!!!!
Well I went to the track for about 2hrs to see what it would run just for the hell of it. I dropped the wife and two boys out and went up in street trim. 1st pass >reaction .482 , 8:42 @ 90.26mph with a 2.096 60ft with 22lbs boost. this is on radial tires and foot brake. should be better, pro's chime in and give tips.... :biggrin:

This past Friday I went to the 1/8 mile track and ran the time in my signature. I plan on going to the 1/4 next week, so I'll turn up the wick and see what it will really do. Just for mph due to me not having a roll bar....But the last pass befor going home I'll give it hell and see how deep in the 10's it will really go :wink:

Best run last year was 10:83 @ 121. I backed it up with a 10:97 @ 119. (29psi)
I was running a TE34 with a bad trans in the 11:70's. @ 115 (29psi)
Combo: stock longblock/cam, unported heads but with big valves/springs. 3.5" DP, DFI, 55's, V2, Jimmy trans with tight 9" 3200. Stock rear/control arms. 27" slick.
Left off the trans brake at 8-10 psi, 1.49-1.51 60'
RPM 5100 to 5600
When on the dyno, the car fell off hard above 5200 and 110 MPH.
