smc kit winter storage

is it better to leave reservoir full on smc kit, or drain it out for the winter?

keep it full.....

by all means leave it FULL with klotz lube added...otherwise your pump will dry out and no longer function properly once springtime hits (just ask me how I know this)

I have mixed feeling leaving things sit in a corrossive liquid. My thoughts it would be better to drain tank and run ATF or mystery oil through the pump..then leave the pump sitting in lite oil instead. That way there would be no corrosion issue.

Contact Steve at SMC for storage. He may have a better idea.
