Carfax request, had strange results four years ago.
Thank you sir. Received, and read. Nothing new since 1993. Still looking for the car, and wont give up either! Makes me wonder if DMV keeps records of vin numbers slated for destruction (when cars get crushed).- 87WE2

Hello, I am still looking for information concerning my 1987 GN. It's been missing since 1988! It was recovered in 1988 with 13K, carfax ran in 2001 (thank god for the web) showed a salvage title issued in NY back in 1993, with 29K. John, I just got home. I checked it, and I will try this. Just one thing. If the person that has it, never did anything with the title, then a title search would stop with my insurance company (since they were the last to process it) right? John, Go for it! I assume you saw the carfax information as well. Yes, my insurance company paid the bill. I think it was the Travelers insurance co. I don't know why they would want to get in touch with me though. I tried to buy it back then, but they blew me off. So I don't know what happened...- 87WE2

John, If it is in PA it's never been registered there. According to the idiot who thinks he has it, he never did anything with the title. I don't understand how anyone can screw around with somebody's head like this. I really want to find this car, whatever it takes. Thanks for the tip though...- 87WE2

Just bought 87 GN
Look at it this way. You sold your Z28 to get this GN. You'll probably sell this to get something else one day. A GN any other color then Black will attract a very small crowd. You would have to either repaint it, or sell it cheap enough for someone else to repaint it. Good luck though, whatever...- 87WE2
