By Pass Are you talking about the bypass valve in the oil filter? If so it prevents the oil in the filter from draining out while the engine is not running. AC #pf-52:)

I unplugged my CCCI and ran a compression check. 150 psi. Put in new AC44TCS plugs, plugged the CCCI back up. It started but backfired a few times and runs flat like the plug wires were crossed. They aren't. Could the CCCI be out of time with the crank and cam??

Not the CaT Not the cat. Pulled it off and it was clean not stopped up. Has to be some kind of timing problem. Don't get it. Was running fine until I unplugged the Coil Pac and did a compression check. Exhaust pipe tips are rich almost wet. ????????:(
