Checked coil part of CCCI and found 0 - 14K ohms depending on which pair of towers is checked. Put on new CCCI upper module. No differance except there are now 6 7K ohms on all 3 pair of coils. Last night with the old coil, 3 cylinders were firing good and 2 intermittant with 1 dead using a timing light on each plug and wire. With the new module all plugs are firing. Sounds dead. Put in gear and it backfires and tries to die. Been working on this for 3 days and nothing works. Does anybody have any ideas????
All started by unplugging the CCCI and running a compression check. Plugged it back in and thought I had a different engine????
