    Spoolfool's Christmas time contest.

Thanks Mike ................. But I already have one also . LOL , I just thought I would add to the carnage stories . No it didn't have it on when it split , but it would have overwhelmed it for sure , the oil was still pouring out after I pulled on the grass next to the return road .

Working on getting my tranny back in and have a question?

But if there's a specific hose I would use that , but I haven't in the past.

Working on getting my tranny back in and have a question?

That line from the trans to the cooler hits 60 - 70psi tops for a couple of seconds ( I've logged it for Dave Husek ) so fuel line should be ok .

Rubber lines are ok if they are rated for fuel/oil .

You could just hook it back up for now . Do you have any pictures of it ?

I would not run with out a trans cooler especially in Florida . Run them to a good external trans cooler like a Derale Hyper Cool because heat is a big enemy of your trans .

    OEM Replacement Pump Recommendations

When you say bone stock , do you mean the stock chip ? If so get a Turbo Tweak chip which is made for todays fuels . Also maybe pull injectors and have them cleaned .

    OEM Replacement Pump Recommendations

Like Chuck said , you need a hotwire kit . You could check the voltage at the pump and it could read battery voltage , but under load with a poor connections the voltage will drop and so will the pump performance .

Optimal backspacing for a 15" wheel (ONLY) with disc brakes? drag tire size is 28"x9"x15"

The frame notch was easy , that's my son cutting out the frame . We used 1/4" plate for the notch . We used the cut out piece of frame as a template & traced it onto the 1/4 plate then cut it out with a plasma cutter . A little grinding to fit and welded it in .

Optimal backspacing for a 15" wheel (ONLY) with disc brakes? drag tire size is 28"x9"x15"

My 9" is narrowed 1.5" each side with drum brakes . my wheels are 15x10 with if I remember correctly 4.5" backspace . I did a frame notch that brought the frame face flush with the wheel tub . I had to massage the upper wheel tub with a sledge hammer to gain the needed clearance because the...

Optimal backspacing for a 15" wheel (ONLY) with disc brakes? drag tire size is 28"x9"x15"

Depending on how low the body sits , you may need to bump in the upper portion of the wheel tub . You can check it by removing the rear springs and jacking the rearend through full travel . I found that where it looked like it would clear , would rub when turning and hitting a slight bump at the...

Cruz 12-1 crank trigger on ECUGN

My tuner / mechanic used a 36 tooth Ford wheel and Holley pick up for the Holley HP ECU . He liked the Ford wheel because it was the right diameter and he machined it to bolt on .
