Since you do have about .4 volts at the O2 connector, but it doesn't drop low (.200 or less) when grounded, I would look at the grounds. The O2 ground at D6 needs to be good (connected to the engine block with the other ECM grounds). Also make sure the engine was running when you did the test...

    SD2 compatibility with tablet

As long as it works with Powerlogger, that's the important part. So it would need a modern version of Windows and a USB port. Also need to look at how old your Powerlogger is. If it's older than 2015, then it likely needs to be modified to work with Windows 11.

Code 13 is disabled in most chips these days, so that's why you didn't see it.

I would go through this diagnostic tree for the O2. I'm attaching a PDF. You can skip step one in the tree, since we know it will never go into closed loop with those O2 readings.

That really sounds like no O2 connection to the ECM. When you made your new leads, did you replace all the terminals also (the O2 connector, and the ECM terminal)?

    Powerlogger Win 10 virus detected

It seems to be ok. I can download it here and its fine. Some antivirus software doesn't like it when there is an EXE file in the download (like Powerlogger.exe). Usually you can direct it to ignore the message and use it anyway. If not, email me, and I can try to temporarily rename it, like...

    6.1 mid boost fuel

That log looks normal. PE mode just means its going to target an AFR other than 14.7 (stoich). As you approach boost, around zero psi give or take, we don't want to target 14.7 anymore or you risk knock (not so much with E85), and also the richer mixture helps spool. The mid-boost AFR and mid...

    Ecugn coil control

On the vehicle side, the brown EGR wire is the one to connect to the yellow wire. The 84/85 connector is different and not directly compatible, as you've found. Eric

Some of those scantools force ALDL mode. ALDL mode forces commanded idle to 1000rpm. If a vacuum leak caused a high idle, IAC would likely be 00.

    Average repaint cost?

Can you confirm your MAP sensor is a 3-bar and not the stock 2-bar? Seems odd that the MAP reading fully maxes out at WOT. Do you have a boost gauge?

    Average repaint cost?

That chip has a MAF Lock, so once it locks onto to 255, it won't let go until you start lifting off the throttle. That's why you see that funny MAF signal after the boost starts dropping. Also, it's probably flooding with fuel at that point. The last time I saw a log like that, the car had an...
