You're doing the right things. I'm a stickler for getting the TPS slightly higher under WOT. I always shoot for minimum of 4.6v WOT, but not every TPS and throttle body is the same. Also, does the car have a bigger in-tank fuel pump with a hot wire kit? If not, those are pretty much mandatory pieces needed to keep it alive with 91 octane fuel. 200-4r best race shifter
I ran a B&M Quick Silver in my first T-Type RU. It takes some work modifying the underside of the console, as well as determining the proper spot to mount the shifter, after you remove that welded plate. As Anthony said, it's best to remove the compressor cover and measure the inducer and exducer of the compressor wheel. The inducer will tell you the general size of the turbo.
