The Specifications for the Stock 86-87 Cam:

Duration @.050
Intake: 192 degrees
Exhaust: 196 degrees

Valve Lift
Intake .393
Exhaust .408

Lobe Separation Angle (LSA)
107 degrees

Intake Lobe Centerline
107 degrees
 
Yes, There is nothing wrong with a stock cam for a stock engine. I ran a 10.83@125 with a stock cam/stock engine. Other racers have gone even faster with the stock cam.

10.87 @ 125 on a stock cam & stock engine as well. With Moon boost of course.

10.6@125@3700+ heavyweight trim on the stock cam back in the day.
Doesn't have much of an rpm window but could make enough power to Crack a few pistons😉
