Looking around I'm thinking it may be the blower motor relay crapped out, is there a diagram as to where this is, also is there a decent wiring diagram for an 87 GN here somewhere?

regular analog controls, slide switches and 3 or 4 speed heater fan switch in dash.

Hi guys, my son just called and said the heater fan would not shut off, so he unplugged it under the hood so it wouldn't kill the battery when he was getting a haircut. He called me back 20 minutes later and said he plugged it back in and now it wont come on, any idea's where to start looking...

Numbers which numbers on scanmaster? Its a bosch O2 sensor, I've used them in the past with no problem at all. It idles fine. Wish it ran as good as it idles, lol.

Yeah we did the full spring cleaning, the car sat in the driveway for about 6.5 years, when I got tired of playing with it, now that my son is driving it, were back in head first. I've got a new toy to chase him around also. 81 Trans Am mint, no rust, 350 crate engine, 4 speed. Here we go...

Maf Thanks Mike, I did notice the car stumbles considerable when i tap the MAF, but wasn't sure what to make of that. I'll look at it again tomorrow, thanks. Thanks Chicken, I'll also check that coil pack tomorrow, I will have to run out and pick up a cheap multi-meter.

:confused: I'm having a heck of a time with my 87 GN, it falls on its face when you put any throttle on, it hiccups a lot and will eventually build some boost and take off. I swapped the TPS and adjusted it about 4 months ago and that appears to be working properly according to the scan...

The exhaust leak was fixed once before by Cottons so I don't think that's it, I found the ticking, its the waste gate shaft going into the 3" down pipe. we also found we are getting a 45 for a scanmaster code, would the Oxygen sensor cause the hesitation to be that bad?

Turbo's What do you have in the house for turbo's, the stock one in my car is ticking and it almost feels like a turbo hose is off when you accelerate. I'm in Western Mass also, thanks.
