    Fuel pump activation.

I know on a GN there is wire under the hood that you can throw 12V to and start up the fuel pump. Seems like I recall the same wire on a TTA but in a different location. Am I recalling correctly and if so where is that sucker??? I need to pump my tank out.

    oil pan gasket

Nope, should not have to remove anything. I have had the pan off once, the first time I did it, where I took the coil off to be safe. I was taking the trans out as well so I knew I was going to be rocking the block back quite a bit to get room to remove the bellhousing bolts. You may want to...

    oil pan gasket

Done it a few times. The answer depends on what you consider trouble. You have to jack up the motor a few inches to get the room to get it out. Remove the bolts, one on each side, holding the motor mounts to the ears on the block. Jack up the motor with a cherry picker or a floor jack under...

    Brake Pads

I used Performace Frictions from good 'ol AutoZone. Around $45-$50 a set. Had then on several cars and trucks, always liked them. Low dust, never heard a squeek, no problems. BTW, some usefull rotor info, eventhough I have never had a problem with GM rotors...

    Hooking up aftermarket boost gauge?

I hooked into one just above the back side of the Pass. side valve cover, right by the trans dip stick tube. From there I was able to tuck it in along the firewall behind the coil. Brent

    Trans Am Nationals

There will be swap meet folks there on Friday as well. Like I said, I will be in Fri early / mid afternoon. I am leaving my car at the show area this year. I know my hotel won't have space for my trailer so I figured I will lock it up in the trailer at night. Plus, as was mentioned, they...

    Drive train "clonking" sound ...

Jan, same thing with my car. I just replaced the trailing arms with a boxed set using new bushings, the panhard bar with a boxed one and new bushings, all of the rear sway bar bushings, and the torque arm bushing. The trans mount looked great so I left it. All of the bushings are Energy...

I was checking back in to see about meeting up. Been off the site for a little while. Any way, I will be up Friday. I am about 3 hours out of Dayton but plan on being there mid afternoon. My ideal time to leave is around 10. Stopping for lunch and fuel I am projecting around 2 PM Friday...

Energy Suspension bushings and the TTA

Well, I asked around on various f-body and 3rd generation (gen) sites and could not manage to get an answer to what I thought would have been an easy question. Specifically I was looking for feedback on Energy Suspension bushings as well as their tendency to bind up when used in trailing arms...

?? for those using Energy Suspension Bushings

Well, not only was that of no help but the English was worse than mine and the last person to call me silly and mean it ended up, well lets just say looking at the world a little differently. Any advice from someone not listing an Eclipse in their sig? Brent

?? for those using Energy Suspension Bushings

Well, I decided to use ES busings on my rear control arms and end links. They have a kit for the front sway bar and endlinks. You order based on bar size, 32, 34, or 36 mm. I have yet yo take mine apart. I see from doing some searches ours is 36mm but some say it narrows where it meets the...
