what should the O2's be on a healthy running TurboBuick on the street and on the strip i dont quite understand them since im a new bee in the dark world .
Unless you are at wide open throttle the 02's don't mean much. What you are trying to achieve is somewhere between 760-790 MV on the scanmaster at WOT. It is not as accurate a method of tuning as a EGT meter, but it is close enough for most situations to adjust FP and attempting to come close to Stoimetric A/F ratio's. If too rich at the tree, turbo will spool very slow.

Going along with what buickboy said, the higher the numbers the richer the fuel mixture. Meaning .850 is too much fuel, back off the fuel pressure, .730 is too lean, add some fuel pressure.
