1-2 shift

Hey guys,
I have a fresh build on tranny and engine. This is the second time that my 1-2 shift has started to go soft.( I pulled it and took it back to my transmission buddy). Now it is doing it again.
It only seems to be soft at 3/4 to WOT. Something seems to be failing. It shifted fine for about 800 miles. Everything else is fine with it except a soft 1-2 shift. I am running synthetic dexron 3 and a 2800 lockup converter. TV cable adjustment is fine.
What can I do to correct this once and for all?

What servo/pin setup are you useing? Things to check proper clearance on band, anchor pin hole lose, band/drum burned warped, 1-2 acuum spring weak/broke piston seal leaking. If drum is alright and everthing checks out okay I'd try wide band, billet servo, PTS adjustable pin ,anchor and vb kit with those and his tech help I think it could be cured.

I have no idea what servo/pin setup was put in it,I would have to ask him. He is pretty cool and would like to see me satisfied with a quality build from his tranny shop. He has a reputation to uphold but out here in the sticks he doesn't get the opportunity to build a 200r to hold up in a GN.
He said that it can be a challenge to build a 200r to hold up to this kind of HP. But would like to know what other people are doing to these with successful results so that I will be satisfied.
Especially with the 1-2 problem twice.

The servo is the round aluminum cover on the passanger side of tranny if it is stock it will have casting #'s on it or if performance it will be billet. ok, I am sure now by your description that it is the stock servo/pin setup.
