It will give a slight increase in lift at the valve, and duration @ .050 so they would probably pick up a few horsepower, but if they are quality roller rockers they would also be more reliable and lighter than stock rockers. In addition to that they help reduce friction in the valve guides because they don't side load the valve as much. They are also easy to install in about an hour and you'll have them if you decide to do a more extensive build up later. They're not a bad investment, but don't expect a big power jump from them alone.
