Reynolds, yesterday...
HOT! [98*], but a lot of fast cars...[And some real mutts.]
Didn't see Dusty.. Shane Stack said he was working:eek:
Mid to hi 4's on the 1/8th.
Also, did not see: Turbo Buicks, but did see a couple really NICE 55 Chebys, including the Art Morrison/Car Craft car..

A good thing there were millions of Moosetangs sold... There'd be no cars there, if they hadn't been!

I was impressed by the way the operation was handled.. ON TIME, no jackin' around. Track was good til about 3pm. Must have been at least 150* track temps..The big boys were spinning the tires in the traps...

Enuf N2O sprayed to pull the teeth of everyone at the track!:D

In all, I got my "powa junky fix", saw some nice cars..

Yep I'm working all weekend.

The race a few weekends ago was the same way. 101 degrees under the tent and track temp at 150 degrees. It's impossible to put down what the cars are capable of with a track temp that high.

The TSO cars are legal to run Super Street and I hope to see guys like Fiscus, Cruz and Gomes running those classes soon. It's a 4.90-5.teen class but they can run at a lighter weight than they have to in TSO. Getting to that weight is the problem which is why you see so many Mustangs. It's easy to loose 200-400# by just putting the motor of your choice in a Mustang. Over half of them have Chevy motors.
