10 second buick problems

Ive only got around 1,500 miles on the engine since it was rebuilt and bored .30 over and 10,000 on the transmission.
 
The car has made a 11.08 pass before so i guess technically not 10 but its almost there. That was sorta my goal. But the car just feels overall slower even before it threw the codes.
I have quite a bit more in my motor and run more boost with a fully gutted car and don't expect nor than high 10 low 11

Code 24 is pretty rare, even more so if you got a TPS sensor code thrown at the same time. I would start looking at grounds at this point. Does your speedometer work consistently?
 
Well ive done nothing to the car today but i took it down road and back to record a log and the check engine light is off and it isnt throwing the codes anymore but it feels like it is shuttering and not making full power? Its running better but not like it was.
 
Check grounds bro. Also check the positive battery cable where it runs from the battery to the starter. If you have shitty motor mounts, it's common for the engine to twist enough for the passenger side header to contact the battery cable, melt through, and wreak havoc.
 
This thread is going nowhere. You need to slow down, relax, NOT DRIVE THE CAR, and check everything that has been mentioned or you WILL break it. Read, read, and the re-read any information available on this and other sites before making changes. Try to find someone local that knows turbo buicks and have them give a once over. You have a lot of learning to do!!

I made a pretty quick shift from displacement to compression and technology in the last year and i forget how delicate these systems are. Im going to go over the car again tomarrow, check for burnt wires, vaccum lines, and go ahead and install my water injection kit but thank you for all the help so far.
 
Scrap the h2o and save for a Razor alky system. Money well spent.

Your 16.......with a GN.. Forget about dyno numbers and time slips or you will not have it at 17.
that's a fact. Start reading the links I gave you.trouble shoot one thing at a time. Learn how and why and you may teaching us in a few years. These turbo 6 are not rocket science but they are picky. And that is half the fun. Doing something most can't.

Don't know why you open up saying you are 16 when your profile says your are 23.

Some good advice above but also do some research and see if you have a Buick club near you and, if so, get involved with it. OKC has a good group and that's been one of the best sources of advice I've found.
 
The car has been best of 11.08, then you took possession and rebuilt the motor? Sounds like a classic "sell it while it's running" type of deal.
 
How did a 16 year old get his hands on an 10-11 second car? Thats a lot of power to give someone. .. just my opinion

I gave my son a 1965 442 with a 468cu.in 750hp motor on NOX for his first car :)

Thats bad ass. I wish I was that lucky. I bought my stock GN myself. Slowly been making ut faster. I have done everything myself but the trans.

Leaded race gas kills O2 sensors pretty fast. Also fouls plugs due to not enough timing. Mine on 110 idled like crap and didn't want to do a burnout but came alive after 60'.
