11s Without Opening Engine

I am looking for proven combos to get to the 11s without pulling the valve covers. :biggrin:

you can do it with a stock motor BUT may want to change the valve springs and the timing chain

New valve springs, that's it for me. The rest is pretty much standard fair for what's needed for 11s.
