We have one here locally w/ just a fart can and a 100 shot---it runs 13.5's ALL THE TIME---he has done this for 2 years now--i say SPRAY IT

I know this sounds bad to most of the guys on here, but that doesn't seem too bad to me. I don't know that much about Neons, tell us a little about it. What motor does that come with, how much hp? Is it a manual?

not trying to heap on any more shame (honest ) but I was pretty impressed with the 'junior' dragsters that were running the 1/8 in Vegas!

This One ran consistent 7.9's at 79 mpg! Not bad for a single-cylinder "lawnmower" engine with belt-drive torque convertor!

Whats sad is that would beat my regal it is slow(but not 15's slow)

The neon is an 01 R/T (150hp) 5 spd. red and gets more looks, and stoplight attention than any other car I own.(why I don't know )
As slow as it is, it's still faster than the wanna be honduh's. Beat a few 80's pony cars with it too
I'm not sure what they normally run, but the only guy I know with one like it ran 15.9.
