18" wheels

I'm looking at aset of 18" rims with lo pro tires, but the offset is
20mm? the sales guy said this is equal to 4.50 back spacing. Can any one here verify this,I'm buying these wheels if the will work, but they are in florida, and i'm in michigan. I'd hate to make a mistake and have to ship these back. also who do you guys recommend, on the net to buy wheel packages? in case these do not work out?

Need to know the width of the wheels. The offset just refers to the difference on spacing from the center point of the wheel. Check here for some more info (be sure to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page)

and I think there is about 25.4mm to an inch, but I'm not sure.

the rims are 18x8.5 front , and 18x9.5 rear
