My 1985 TTYPE needs a new home. I do not have the time nor dedication to put into her what she deserves. She is a numbers matching 83k mile 3 owner car. Garage kept her entire life. I am looking for $6000.
Now to the specifics
She is not currently running.
The engine is good. I was in the process of a TA33C turbo upgrade, coupled with the proper fuel, ecm and hotwire accompaniments, when life and loss of interest got in the way.
She needs new tires.
She has new shocks all around, Monroe SensaTracs.
The interior is mint, even the headliner does not sag.
She is a solid body car, no rust, no t-tops or sunroof.
The exterior color is the choice of a previous owner, not original.
There are NO TEARS at all in the interior.
Window sweeps are shot, will need to be replaced.
Tires are, well, tired and will need replacement soon, but are still holding up.
I am asking $6000 for the car. One weekend of good wrenching and you are on the road with a classic example of 80s American Muscle.
