I have the TPS rotated as far left as it will go and that's the best WOT it will get to. Think I might need to tween the pin that moves it. It looks bent a little. At key on and cold the O2 is showing 497 mvolts.
 
Pay no attention to the 02mv when the car is not warmed up and running.
you want to see it fluctuating as it's idling and 750-780 WOT top of third gear.
 
Your TPS is actually in range for idle. WOT reading will not affect your idle/stall problem the senor probably is tired and needs replacement but:
What is the RPM at idle When it does run?
What is the IAC reading?
The O2 doesn't move at all from 0? Some times they need to warm up briefly.
