I think it was stored in a ditch prior to the last 6 years in the garage. Motor is filthy and I'm by no means a show stopping under hood keeper myself.

Maybe he put a extra 0 by accident? Thats even way too much for my area... There is a rot box up here , as in trunk, floors , doors 1/4s etc gone and he has dropped from $7500 to $5500 lol. Oh well , that one is gonna be in the famly for a long time.
