1986 t-type fuel pump

This is my first post, and I'm not quite sure how to navigate the site yet.

My t-type has been sitting for years. I tried starting it today, turned over fine, but gas was not reaching the fuel rail. In fact, I could not hear the pump try to prime at all. Voltage is reaching pump, and there are no shorts. Pump is probably shot.

Could someone tell me if stock fuel pump is same for turbo as for regular Regal?

No. Regular Regals used mechanically driven fuel pumps. Turbo cars used electrics.
