1987 Buick GN shops in Houston for a prepurchase PPI?

I would like to know that I am not missing out on a decent/reliable GN with only minor issues that can be easily fixed, who can I call and what should I expect cost wise? The suspension is not a concern but an even compression reading and leak down is key.
